Information pursuant to Article 13 of the European Regulation No. 2016/679

Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR 2016/679”), which contains provisions for the protection of individuals and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data, we wish to inform you that the personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned regulation and the confidentiality obligations that SIO S.p.A. is bound to.

1. Data Controller

2. Purpose of Processing

 A) Personal data collected through the “Contact” and “Work with Us” forms on the website www.siospa.it for contact activities with SIO S.p.A.

 B) Personal data communicated through the phone number 031 71.811.

3. Categories of Data

A) Name, Surname, email address.

B) Information communicated by the data subject during the phone call, necessary for the execution of operations based on the request.

4. Methods of Processing and Storage

The processing of personal data will be carried out in an automated and/or manual form, in compliance with the provisions of Article 32 of GDPR 2016/679 regarding technical and organizational security measures, by specifically appointed persons and in compliance with Article 29 GDPR 2016/679.

5. Scope of Communication and Dissemination

We also inform you that the collected data will never be disclosed and will not be subject to communication without your explicit consent, except for communications necessary that may involve the transfer of data to public entities, consultants, or other subjects for legal obligations.

6. Transfer to Third Countries

Your data will not be transferred either to EU member states or to non-EU countries.

7. Retention Period

We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization, pursuant to Article 5 GDPR 2016/679, with your free and explicit consent expressed at the bottom of the ‘Contact’ forms, your personal data will be stored for 180 days, the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed.

9. Automated Decision-Making Process / Profiling

SIO S.p.A. does not adopt any automated decision-making process, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of EU Regulation No. 679/2016.

10. Rights of the Data Subject

    – At any time, you may exercise, pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, the right to:

a) request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data;

b) obtain information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data have been or will be disclosed and, where possible, the retention period;

c) obtain the rectification and deletion of data;

d) obtain the limitation of processing;

e) oppose the processing at any time;

f) request access to personal data from the data controller;

g) withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;

h) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
