Code of ethics: SIO promotes integrity, transparency and responsibility in all activities. The Code of Ethics represents the fundamental guide for our daily actions, ensuring that every employee and collaborator operates in accordance with ethical and legal principles.
Organizational Model: developed pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, it is the tool through which we structure our activities to prevent crimes and guarantee a safe working environment that complies with current regulations.
Reporting Procedure: was established to offer all employees, collaborators and stakeholders a safe and confidential channel through which they can report non-compliant behavior or violations of our Code of Ethics.
